Include the date, pickup and drop-off addresses, the time, the number of passengers, and any vehicle preference. If you are unsure which vehicle is right, leave the field on "let us recommend."
For airport transfers, we suggest booking at least 24 hours ahead. For wine country day tours, two weeks during peak season (June through October). For weddings and larger events, four to six weeks.

Phone hours and trip operations.
The phone line is staffed Monday through Sunday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pacific. Outside those hours, leave a message and we will call back as soon as the next driver shift starts.
Trip operations are 24 hours, seven days a week. We dispatch chauffeurs for early-morning airport transfers (3:00 AM to 6:00 AM is common) and late-night returns (after-midnight Pier 27 cruise arrivals, for instance). The operations calendar is always on; the phone line follows business hours.
For trips already booked, your assigned chauffeur is your contact during the trip itself. The phone line is for booking, account questions, and pre-trip changes.
Reservation policies
Standard booking lead time: 24 hours for airport transfers, two weeks for wine country in season, four to six weeks for weddings and large events.
Cancellation: full refund up to 24 hours before pickup for trips under $500; 50 percent refund within 24 hours; no refund within 4 hours. Weddings and multi-day bookings have separate terms detailed in the contract.
Deposits: not required for trips under $1,000. 25 percent deposit on bookings $1,000 to $2,500. 50 percent deposit on bookings above $2,500.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. ACH bank transfer for corporate accounts.
Corporate accounts are billed monthly, net 30. Apply through the contact form.
Gratuity: a 20 percent driver gratuity is automatically added to the quote and clearly shown as a separate line. You can adjust this at any time before or after the trip.
