Point-to-Point Transfers Across the Bay Area
Direct chauffeured transfers from origin to destination. No shared rides, no detours, no surge pricing.
Door to door. Flat rate. No clock.
A point-to-point transfer is the structure where you tell us the pickup address and the drop-off address, we quote a flat rate, and the chauffeur drives you directly between the two. No stops in between. No waiting at the destination. No clock running. The quoted price is the price you pay regardless of trip duration.
This is the right structure when the trip is a direct A-to-B with no detours. SFO to your hotel. Hotel to a wedding venue. Office to a dinner reservation. Cruise terminal to your home. For trips with multiple stops or undefined timing, hourly chauffeur service is the better structure; for trips that need waiting at the destination, the chauffeur stays on the clock.
Versus hourly chauffeur service.
Point-to-point is right for
Direct airport transfers. Hotel-to-venue transfers with no return. Cruise terminal arrivals and departures. Restaurant drop-off (when you do not need the chauffeur to wait). Corporate office-to-office single-trip work.
Hourly chauffeur is right for
Multi-stop evenings. Wine country day tours. Wedding-day work spanning ceremony, photos, reception. Corporate offsites with multiple destinations. Sightseeing tours. Any trip with undefined timing or waiting time.
The pricing math
For trips under 90 minutes door-to-door, flat-rate point-to-point usually beats the 2-hour hourly minimum. For trips over 2 hours with no waiting, the math is roughly equivalent. For trips with waiting or multiple stops, hourly wins.
Booking distinction
On the quote-request form, just describe the trip honestly. If you list one pickup and one drop-off, we quote it flat-rate. If you list multiple stops or waiting, we quote it hourly with a recommendation either way.
